At Soul in Motion Yoga, there's a class for everyone, even the kids. Newbies to yoga can learn the basics in a slow-flow beginner class that also introduces meditation and breathing techniques. More experienced yogis can opt to downward-dog their way into hot, power, and all-level flow courses. Power yoga takes place in a slightly heated room, with a focus on core strength, endurance, and weight loss—as does hot yoga, which also teaches you to become comfortable sweating profusely around strangers. Kids' classes incorporate interactive games, dancing, and fun postures to help teach basic yoga poses.
