With an emphasis on neutralizing real-world threats quickly and efficiently, Krav Maga teaches students of all ages and fitness levels how to confidently defend themselves in dangerous situations. Instructor Robert Koski studied this form of self-defense at the invitation-only Wingate Academy in Israel—the country where the system historically flourished—and brought that knowledge and experience back to Krav Maga of Southern Colorado. The studio's teachers lead classes through full-body workouts that incorporate highly effective striking, grappling, and escape techniques. In addition to steadily bolstering attendees' strength and stamina over time, Krav Maga practice can also imbue individuals with improved confidence and mental fortitude.
