This is an AMAZING class!! If you are like me, intimidated by co-ed group classes, then this class is for you. I like the atmosphere in which everyone is there sharing the same goal of wanting to get fit regardless of whether it includes weight loss etc. There is no competition among participants. The personal attention you get from Master Trainer, Joe Ramirez, is like no other. He knew my name within 10 minutes of the first class and ALWAYS makes time to encourage, improve technique, and engage each and every person in class. The one-hour session flies by and you are soaking wet afterward and feeling 100% better than when you arrived.

great workout early in the morning (5:45 am); gives you plenty of energy for the rest of the day, fun atmosphere and Joe always mixes up the exercises, good music!

During kickboxing, the curriculum takes a fight-centric turn. There ladies strike bags, dummies, and focus mitts, sharpening participants' self-defense skills. WBCF makes weight loss a priority in all of its classes, and Joe also heaps individual attention on each client during a consultation to set attainable goals.
