Joe is a fantastic instructor and the environment is unintimidating. Never a boring workout as he keeps things interesting and changing. Love the music. Fastest hour of workout I have ever done. Lots of variety and he tries to target particular concerns of the various individuals in the class. He's always ready with an adjustment if something is too hard or encouragement to work harder. Highly recommend.

I have tried several boot camps, gym classes, etc and this one is BY FAR the best workout I have ever had! I noticed results within 2 weeks. Everyone should try it!

The Women's Boot Camp Fitness is awesome!! Such great trainers and the women are all so welcoming and supportive right off the bat. The boot camp is also great in that it helps you with meal planning and adjusts the program to your needs.

Master-certified trainer Joe Ramirez’s ample experience and endless support for his fitness clientele caught the eye of the Gazette, which named him 2014’s Best Trainer as part of the paper’s annual Best of the Springs awards. By actuating fitness knowledge honed during 20 years in the business, Joe guides ladies through 60-minute, indoor boot-camp or kickboxing workouts that populate a robust weekly schedule. During kickboxing, the curriculum takes a fight-centric turn. There ladies strike bags, dummies, and focus mitts, sharpening participants' self-defense skills. WBCF makes weight loss a priority in all of its classes, and Joe also heaps individual attention on each client during a consultation to set attainable goals.
