I loved the class itself. However, I found the pushy salesman attitude of the owner (not the instructor) to be a huge turn off. Two of my friends felt the same way (neither of them went through groupon either.) This class promises "Tailored diet plans, Weigh -ins and it is marketed to sound like you are getting a nutritionist and a trainer all one. In reality you are herded in and out of the exercise class (with another class starting right behind you so you don't have time to talk to the instructors anyway), The "tailored" plan is just the flat belly diet. No weekly weigh ins. No support. Just a good work out which doesn't justify the high cost. There are plenty of cheaper HIT classes.

From Our Editors

Master-certified trainer Joe Ramirez’s ample experience and endless support for his fitness clientele caught the eye of the Gazette, which named him 2014’s Best Trainer as part of the paper’s annual Best of the Springs awards. By actuating fitness knowledge honed during 20 years in the business, Joe guides ladies through 60-minute, indoor boot-camp or kickboxing workouts that populate a robust weekly schedule. Kettlebells, resistance bands, and medicine balls sway and fly through the air during toning and firming exercises that chisel more muscles than Michelangelo after an inspirational viewing of Rambo.

During kickboxing, the curriculum takes a fight-centric turn. There ladies strike bags, dummies, and focus mitts, sharpening participants' self-defense skills. WBCF makes weight loss a priority in all of its classes, and Joe also heaps individual attention on each client during a consultation to set attainable goals.
