I had an extremely frustrating experience with Excessive Detail. It was indeed an EXCESSIVELY POOR SERVICE. I had set an appointment with them but never had the chance to avail of what i have paid for. When i went to their location, the office was closed! I called them twice and left messages on my appointment date, but until now I never received any response. I called them again after 2 weeks, same thing happened- no response. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS ENTITY TO ANYONE, I WILL WARN THEM INSTEAD!!! Very negative experience.... : (
It was a "rush" job. Not thorough.Not enough value for the price. Theyt were eager to get "done'
We have used detailing groupons before and this is the first time I'm not satisfied. The windshield and windows still has haze. The wax wasn't wiped well. There were spots everywhere. The trunk wasn't cleaned well. It was vacuumed properly though. I was very disappointed. It was as though it just went through car wash but not auto detailing.
Pleasant and professional staff, comfortable waiting room (currently under renovation), and they did a great job with my car.
