Both dropping off and picking up I arrived to a sign in the window saying "we'll be back by ____" Both times I stood outside the office for at least 15 minutes waiting for someone to come and unlock the door with the blinking "open" sign on it. This is REALLY frustrating, especially since I called ahead and they knew I was coming.
2nd. The screen had a scratch on the inside after replacement. They told me they would fix it but it would be another week or more. This just wasn't an option for me. So they gave me a measly $20 discount!?
3rd, I purchased the groupon after talking with someone on the phone. They said the $120 value groupon would cover most of the cost of a new screen. So I purchased it. When I never got a call back, 3 business days after I dropped off the device, I called and they told me it would be another $130 (after the groupon)!!! This made me feel like I was misled about the cost of the repair and tricked into purchasing the groupon.
Lastly, after having the device for 11 days I finally received a call that it was ready to be picked up. SLOW SERVICE.
The guy at the counter was very nice. But his excellent service can't come close to making up for the other issues.
