A former executive chef of Caribbean resorts, Chef Orlando brings an array of eastern Jamaican cuisine to his eponymous Columbus eatery. In addition to island staples such as jerk chicken and pork, the chef adds a dash of Chinese influence to dishes such as sweet ‘n’ sour chicken, fried rice, and pizzas with a fortune hidden inside. Ginger beer and rum cake round out each meal, which is served on vivid purple and coral platters in a lime-green-walled dining room.
