When Marcus Meacham took over a corner of Little Rock Bar, he had no plans to serve up your average pub fare. Instead, he decided to create pure Chinese fusion: crispy chicken thighs and bulgogi burgers layered between fluffy steamed buns—all served inside Chinese takeout boxes filled with house-seasoned chips.
And as if the sandwiches weren't enough of an adventure, he also offers up a massive collection of travel-size condiment packets, allowing diners to customize their buns with Sriracha, duck sauce, and everything in between. While dining, guests can sit back on Little Rock's eclectic patio, listen to some expertly curated tunes, and throw back a beer or two.
