Short on help and took a long time to get our food. The food was very good. The menu left much to be desired. No desserts either.
3 times and they "just ran out" of the same thing. Horrible service at the bar. All employees huddled around 1 persons cell phone with backs to us. Then after an inquiry about allergies/ingredients we were told about one employees grandmother and allergic reactions that gave her sores in her private areas. REALLY!!! I was the DONE eating. Never Ever again
When we arrived the restaurant was not very busy for a Saturday evening. After the waitress took our orders she came back and told us they were out of all steak, prime rib and the coconut shrimp. This was a little disappointing because it seriously limited the menu items. We ordered hamburgers which were quite tasty.
Second time at Copper Ale House and it won't be my last time. Burgers were great; prepared to order with the right temperature [I like medium rare, but these burgers are better medium] and excellent taste. I also got a side of pork skins that were great. Our waitress was excellent. I'll give her an 11 out of 10. WOW!
Food is "ordinary". We have tried numerous dishes.....meh
Order-to-eat time was a bit slow, but the burgers were fantastic!
They were out of some beers and the sandwich we wanted and the egg rolls we wanted. And they had only been open maybe an hour or so! Very disappointed.
Very limited menu, coated fries and coated sweet potato fries make it tough for gluten free people. Service was good.
Service bad. Food definitely not great. Table and chairs were sticky. Would not recommend
& I will not go again.
Food was ok, service was horrible, and to think they were not even busy
