Should have better service. Lemon slices were served on a lid, not good. Recent buffet experience was very bad.
Improve table service. Hire more wait staff.
No offer was made on how spicy I wanted my food. Also had to go out of my way to get attention to get water refilled. Restaurant was not very crowded at all and not busy. Also air conditioning needed to be on - restaurant was hot. It was not that cool of an evening and not enough cooling was coming through the doors. No fans were in the facility to move air.
Quantity of the items has been reduced to almost half compared to 1 year back. Quality is also getting bad day by day. It is not that tasty as before or as when spice9 was started 3 years back.
Chicken gravy - Chicken pieces are in bulk and the gravy doesn't get into the chicken pieces. It tastes like the gravy and chicken pieces are prepared separately and just mixed up.
I think they make the same gravy and just add veg, chicken, mutton, fish as we order.
Please increase the waitstaff so one does not have to wait an hour to pay for the check.
Terrible service and worst cuts of goat I've ever seen. Food was SO Hot I couldn't taste anything after the second bite. And I like hot foods. And that was on the cheese cube appetizer .
Thanks for going above board to help select oue dinner.
