Moving is stressful enough without your movers scheduling your move date FOR THE WRONG DATE. The movers were okay they never introduced themselves so they could been more friendlier. Not a good experience.

They came late because of hassle weather in Houston. But, they worked really hard and finished it all within promised timeline!

I scheduled a move with RELO after I verified that I could use the Groupon that was offered. The move was scheduled from 4-6pm. It is now 7:15pm and I have not been contacted by anyone in regards to the reason why. I was not even contacted to beforehand by anyone locally to confirm the appointment. I begin calling at 4:30 when no one had shown up. I was told they would report within that window of time and that I can call the North Carolina number listed in the email confirmation to follow up(The booking agent is not local, but in Texas). I had called this number before I called the booking agent, it was continually busy. As the 6:00 hour approached, I called the NC number and the booking agent several times. The agent said she would try to reach someone local as they have the GPS and can contact me. NO ONE EVER DID. The NC number just RRRINNNGGGS, no voicemail, just call eventually ends. In fact, every other number given just rings, but do go to voicemail. I have been inconvenienced and have lost money due to POOR CONDUCTION OF BUSINESS. I WANT A REFUND IMMEDIATELY. I cancelled with another company thinking this was the better offer. THE JOKE IS ON ME!!!!

They did not know how to run my groupon and my dresser was damaged by the movers. The owner was not professional at all.

Thus far, my experience with SFL has been horrible. My appointment was from 9- 11. I had to reach out the company to figure out when they would be arriving. The driver called and told me they would be arriving at 10:30 am. They did not arrive till 11:20 am. So not only was he late based on his own word but they did not even make it in the time window that was given to me. I felt there were many times they were procrastinating and taking a long time on purpose to get extra time. For example, they took 15 minutes just to start to unroll tape. That was unsuccessful so they decided to use shrink wrap instead. Your representatives acknowledged the damage was their fault and had a conversation about the damage with each other. On top of that one they even took pictures of the damage as well. Both representatives told me I just needed to submit the pictures to the office. They never disclosed that by signing off on the contract that I would not be able to submit the claim. I feel like I have been taken advantage of by your representatives and your company. I was very distraught and emotional over the damage and believed what they told me. I put trust in the movers with moving my valuables and my property. I also trusted SFL thinking it was a reputable company and would honor their employee’s mistakes.

The worst service I have ever experienced. It took 4 days to get an appointment. No body turned up as per the schedule. None of the phone numbers work. I had to hire a different vendor. I got a call at 3:00 pm for a 9:00 am appointment. Dont even try

I've currently been waiting 3 1/2 hours for the movers to show and they still haven't arrived. I've called and nothing. No word on a cancellation or anything. I'm highly upset and disappointed.
