The only downside to this place is that there is very little soundproofing between the two studios so you can hear the other class in session during the class youre in which is very distracting whih is reaaly troublesome in a yoga practce

Great instructor and very welcoming. I'll guess I'll have to buy a membership when the time comes up!

Nice, serene admosphere. Great instructor, Aisha. It is warm, though, if you don't like heat, it's not for you.

From Our Editors

Tri-Cities’ yoga facility pioneering far-infrared classes, Beach Yoga and Fitness combines yoga and Fusion (a Yoga/Pilates mix) instruction with creatively themed classes that include Beach Therapy classes that combine up to 7 different types of therapies to give you the ultimate Yoga experience. Veteran instructors help students stretch and lunge through poses in a tropical-heat environment enhanced by far-infrared waves that facilitate the release of up to seven times more bodily toxins than the average yoga session. The gentle far-infrared heat is known to improve skin tone by stimulating the production of collagen. By combing the infrared energy with the studio's steamy temperature, students' immune systems are ignited better than using jumper cables.
