The team at Jumping Fitness has noticed a phenomena at their studio, which can be summed up as, "Once you try this new exercise, you either don't want to do it again or it becomes your lifestyle."
For those who do decide that they want to do it again, the instructors introduce them to a series of classes that boosts both muscular and cardiovascular fitness with the help of a mini trampoline. They integrate dance moves, free-weight lifting, and core exercises to the beats of high-octane tunes during the high-energy jumping sessions. Their routines are not only designed to increase students' endurance, strength, and balance, but to provide a low-impact alternative to exercises such as running and stomping grapes into wine. The trampolines, a product of Jumping Fitness's own design, can support up to 100 kilograms and have handlebars that can be used as support.
