Inside Nexus Cycle Fitness Studio sit 24 RealRyder indoor cycles, which in part replicate the experience of riding a bicycle outside. In part, because while the bike turns and leans with you, you don't normally bring a personal performance computer, a sound system blasting out tunes, and a 80" flat screen with vivid scenery along on a ride. Trainers help riders tailor their exercise to their fitness level, and the result ends up as a whole-body workout that shreds calories and boosts the cardiovascular system.
For a change of pace, Nexus Cycle also offers TRX HardBody Training classes, each of which are small group (max eight) and incorporate TRX suspension equipment, which helps you find creative ways to use your body weight to help boost your fitness. Classes can also use Bosu balls, body bars, medicine balls, and kettlebells in the series of functional exercises.
