Cortland Yoga Center stretches bodies and minds with a variety of classes held throughout the week. Certified instructors lead benders of all experience levels through an array of human pretzel-baking techniques such as gentle yoga, power yoga and pregnancy yoga sessions, with special emphasis in Svaroopa yoga. This peaceful variation takes students through precise movements aided by props to lengthen and strengthen muscles while releasing tension caused by their day job as an air horn tester. To allow for deeper bodily transformation and adequate naptime, each class at Cortland Yoga Center runs 1.5-hours long.
