When trying to schedule an appointment (after purchasing the Groupon), I found out that there was only one area for the hot rocks option. I was trying to schedule a spa day with 2 other girls so that wasn't going to work. The woman answering the phone, Angie, was so rude. She didn't try to accommodate us or work around the limitation. She was just flat out rude. I actually cancelled the appointment and decided not to go. I then called Groupon to tell them about my experience and was met with the nicest rep who refunded our Groupons. This makes me happy with Groupon but very upset with Le Petit Maui Spa. I hope you stop doing business with them. I will also be writing a scathing review on Yelp.

I tried to go on 2 separate occasions experienced the WORST customer service. Fortunantly after my horrible experience with this vendor, a groupon CS representative rectified the sitauation and very quciky provided above and beyond service. Thank you Groupon for your excellent CS.
