I like he half demo half hands on. I also liked the history of chocolate. Very interesting! I can't stop thinking about Chris' chocolates since that day! Nothing can satisfy my hunger for good chocolate and I will need to go back soon!

I didn't even know about this business. Chef Christopher has some pretty darn good chocolates. I really like the chocolate covered marshmallows.

There is nowhere to sit in the lobby or in the class. Not bad for me, but a bit much for my mother. We had gotten there about 20 minutes before class was to start and by the time class actually started, we had been standing 40 minutes. We then stood through the entire class. He seems to be a nice man, but was not a great teacher. He was disorganized in his presentation and didn't fully answer questions that were asked. Other than walking away with a few candies that we made, I could have gotten everything I got from him watching a you tube video

It seemed like we were an imposition, like you didn't want to be there. Directions were a little confusing on crystalling.

Go to a few cooking classes and learn what it takes to engage students. We want more demonstrations and variety. Would have been nice to make more truffles ourselves with more options. Spent way too much time talking about science, history and bashing other competitors.

I did learn a lot about chocolate, but it was clear that Chris did not want us there. He told us right off--"I've had 600 of you guys this year and I'll be glad to get back to my real life." If he doesn't want to teach, then don't teach. But please, always treat students with respect and honor. We don't all buy Hershey, as Chris intimated when he said "When you all buy Hershey..." several times. We were there because we do like better chocolates.
