We had a very hard time scheduling our event. The area is small and loud. The "snacks" are very limited. The supplies were even moreso. On paint night, we had MAYBE four colors of paint and they were shared. You can't share craft supplies like that. Picking up the finished product was difficult as no one knew where they were kept. I would not go again nor recommend it to friends. Sorry. But, I was very disappointed and so was my guest.

The appetizers for the Groupon event almost scared me off, but upon picking up my finished art pieces I was pleasantly surprised. The food was amazing. The staff was very friendly. I look forward to my next meal there.

The event was very disorganized, they didn't have supplies or clear instruction, other guests were unhappy, it wasn't a great atmosphere at all. Our class was over a month ago and we still don't have our mugs.

Autumn was very sweet and did her best, but the event was disorganized and paint colors were not available. There was very little instruction or guidance, definitely not a typical art instruction class.

Like other reviewers have stated, the description isn't accurate. I doubt I would have paid this much to paint a premade mug. Not the experience I wanted. Much quicker than 2 hours. Wine was good but servings were small. Did not have enough paint or many colors. Have to come back in 2 or so weeks to pick up mug (others who were returning said they hadn't gotten their mugs after more than 3 weeks).

Terrible. Low inventory, have to share bone dry containers. lack of direction, food & drink scarce, They act like they hope u forget about it. Start rushing u out almost immediately.

Make sure that you get there ON TIME. it is really rude and distracting when someone arrives late and then dominates the instructor so much that no one else can ask a question.

This is not pottery instruction - it's painting mugs. It was still a fun time and good deal overall with the included wine and snacks but the description is misleading.

The experience was fun, but not quite like the description. It was difficult to get information about it and the two glasses of wine was more like two samples. The food was delicious and the artist was great. She didn't paint with the class, though, but rather had a painting done and walked around helping the class. I had a nice time but I'm not sure I would come again.

Misleading title- thought we would actually be learning some basics of pottery but this was just painting pottery, which frankly turned out very poorly. Would not have paid $34 to paint pre made mugs. The food and wine was good but overall would not recommend this experience.

From Our Editors

Inspirado @ Madison Gallery combines the visual and culinary arts in its cozy Covington space. A rotating selection of vivid paintings and other works of art add bursts of color to the dining room's white walls.

"I felt like both artists and chefs take inspiration from any number of places," Baron Shirley—Inspirado's chef and owner— told the Cincinnati Business Courier. So it's only fitting that the global cuisine is just as bold as the artwork. She dots the menu with French, Scottish, Irish, Hungarian, Thai, Malaysian, and American elements in dishes such as colcannon, prawn laksa, and coquille St. Jacques.
