Birdie-able par 5s occupy holes No. 1 and No. 18 of Prairie Isle Golf Club, two prime scoring opportunities bookending the verdant 18-hole course. Even if players dominate these barely-500-yard holes, however, it's what they do in between them that really counts. Spread across 135 acres, the course puts players up against a wide variety of terrain, including both flat and undulating holes as well as woodlands, wetlands, and meadows. An assortment of shots over water—especially on the par-4 No. 11 and par-3 No. 15—only serve to keep golfers on edge as they make their way around the 6,601-yard course.
