That's why every year, Indulge invites some of the best chocolatiers, pastry chefs, and gastrophiles to Los Angeles. And that's not even mentioning the specialty cheesemakers, winemakers, and distillers sprinkled throughout the event.
This year's line up sweetens the experience even more with appearances by a number of celebrity chefs, including Francois Payard, Stephane Treand, and Jean Marie Auboine. Guests can expect a flood of gourmet mousses, macarons, and other chocolate-centric desserts, many of which can be paired with world-class champagnes and top-shelf cocktails. And the best part of all this indulgence? Many of the proceeds go to St. Baldrick’s Foundation, the largest private funder of childhood cancer research grants in the US.
