A yoga instructor since 1966, Ranjana Pallana moved her business to Dallas in 1969, opening a studio that continues to guide yogis today. She oversees a team of capable instructors who help students build muscle and flexibility through a series of poses and breathing exercises. Pallana teaches Raja yoga, which blends classic Hatha yoga with modern twists in multilevel classes. At her studio, students learn to free themselves from mental clutter and stretch and strengthen their muscles.
In addition to helping clients strengthen their bodies, the staff works to beautify them. Waxing and exfoliating treatments keep skin smooth and relaxed, whereas Shirodhara treatments improve mental clarity and boost natural healing processes with warm oil poured over the forehead and scalp.
