It was okay. I was disappointed in their scheduling process. They made themselves sound very busy and booked but when I got there, there were 3 employees and one other customer. Also it took an hour and half for my services (SNS nails, pedi, wax) which felt like a very long time. The place was clean though and the staff was nice though quiet (wouldn’t say they were overly friendly). Prices great!

I’ve been going to Sauna Nails for about 2 years for all of my beauty needs (wax, manicure, pedicure, eyelashes, etc). Ann and her staff are always amazing! They are kind, helpful and make sure they do great work every time - if you’re unsatisfied, they will make it right! I recommend them to all of my family, friends and strangers! Ask for Ann and tell her I sent you!
