The only time I have been to Ten Sports Grill was to use a Groupon I purchased. I have been purchasing Groupons for about two years, mostly on restaurants, but I have never seen this: I gave the Groupon (#103670-1000129-ZC) to the waitress before we ordered. After our bill was totaled and I gave her my credit card, she returned and said we had to purchase at least $20. She said our bill was around $19.25 or so. Although I've never heard of such a rule for Groupons, we bought a cup of coffee so the bill would exceed $20. When we again tried to pay, she returned another time, saying we were still not at $20. At that point, I thought things were getting ridiculous, so I told her Groupon does not have a minimum spending rule and I asked to speak to the manager. Once he arrived, the manager said he would take care of the 37 cents, but I asked if he could show me on the Groupon where there is a minimum purchase of $20. He did not want to talk about that, but instead, he repeated that he would take care of the 37 cents. I told him I don't care about the money, but I wanted to know about the rules. I have used Groupons for restaurants for a long time and I had never heard of such a rule. He started getting somewhat confrontational, by this time, but I told him I just wanted to know about the Groupon rules, because I want to do this right. After we received our bill/check, there was an automatic 18 percent tip added. So, since the meal was paid for by the Groupon, I had to pay $3.55, which is about 55 cents higher than what I would have paid. But again, Ten Sports Grill is taking liberties with the Groupon program. Ten Sports Grill needs to understand how the program works, because there are some of us out there who are regular Groupon users and we don't like it when an establishment bypasses the rules.

some of the food was good/ok but as a whole it wasn't great. The hamburger was soggy and bland.
