Only one girl there. Watching tv while we got there. Gave us our salad no drinks and said garlic bread is cooking and sat down and watched tv. Still no drinks and gave is bread and sat again. Gave us pizza and had to ask for drinks. She was only one there. So unprofessional and rude. Kwpt laughing loudly at the tv.

Ordered a x-large pizza and then sat down at a table. It wasnt extremly busy but it was taking longer than i had expected. I assumed there were delivery orders a head of ours and that was the reason it took so long. After about 30 min went to counter and the pizza had just been sitting their long enough that it wasnt hot and the meat was starting to harden. I didnt say anything because it was late and my wife wanted to go. Guy at front could had offered more than just an apology.

This is the only time this happened to me at Zini's (but they didn't handle it well at all). So I placed my order online for the Cedar Springs location for a pick up at 7:35 p.m. I received my email receipt and everything. So once I get there they tell me they have no history of my order, so I showed them my email confirmation/receipt. Then they tried to tell me to check with their other locations to see if it was accidentally sent there by mistake. I told them I'm in a rush, I placed my order ahead for this location, and my email confirms that I did so I simply want my pizza. They make me wait an extra 30 minutes since I walked in to get my pizza (pay full price) & the only apology I hear is "sometimes are computers act funny like that". So I walk out Zini's get my pizza 45 minutes late!!! FYI- When I walked in, I saw the same 100 pounder pepperoni pizza with jalapeno that I ordered being sold for single slices. But it could have been just a coincidence.

From Our Editors

Touting four eateries including a brand-new Denton location—the Cedar Springs location crowned as one of Dallas's best pizza spots by CitySearch Voters in 2010—Zini's Pizzeria entrances taste buds with colossal specialty pies and pastas doused with house-made sauces. More than 100 coins of pepperoni and a pound of mozzarella embellish the popular 100 Pounder pizza, a pie used to motivate T-rexes to increase their highest bench-pressing weight. A garden's worth of fresh spinach, tomatoes, artichoke hearts, and roasted corn set down roots in the Farmers Market pie. A recipe kept close to the vest or encrypted on wooden spoons guides chefs as they concoct a secret sauce destined for the crispy crust of their famous Garlic Cheezi Bread.
