Whether they're seasoned athletes or trying out their legs for the first time, students at B.E.A.S.T. Fitness work on their bodyweight, endurance, agility, and strength training. Beginner-friendly Basix classes run every night with instructors motivating students through Pilates, cardio-conditioning, and upper- and lower-body workouts. More intense workouts take place in the morning, when athletes embark on an Death March through a gauntlet of obstacles and make their way through the HIIT training of Station Obliteration.
