Nothing great is easy, I truly appreciate Bobby the instructor for pushing me over my limits, my first day was hard but I made it because Bobby was supporting me all the way there was no way he was going to let me give me up, I'm sore right now, but I'm proud that I made it through the first day it's worth it!

Would perfer a later class like 7pm for individuals who get off at 6. Everyone doesn't wrk a 9-5. At least one night a week!

I just want to thank them for helping me, making sure I'm doing everything right so I don't hurt myself, and pushing me towards a better me! They take an interest in each of our stories and want us to succeed! HEW is the first work out facility that I actually feel comfortable attending. Thanks Robbie and Danielle!

This was my first workout and I am pumped!!!So glad you had someone with me on my first time; it's time to get back to my 40 yr old fitness level ( that was 28 yrs. ago) or close to it!!!! thank you for having someone with me for my first workout and adjusting the reps for me... I WILL get up to the others...eventually, except they were all cute yount things!!!! I'm coming tomorrow!!!! Jumped in the jacuzzi with coffee in the light rain and it was great!!!! Dreamed I was my apre ski soak!
