A relaxing place to enjoy some good beer!
Fun tour! Great atmosphere and beer!
Great place, nice and clean brewery. If you go try the secret stash ale!nice and fresh flavor!
The tour was wonderful! Went with my parents and brother. We had a blast trying different beers and playing dominoes. They had good live music too. Not much to eat though, soft pretzels, peanuts, popcorn; we ate before we went so it wasn't an issue.
Hands down the best brewery in DFW area! Always 12 good beers on Tap, local live music on weekends and the occasional quinessential food truck from time to time. Just a small hometown feel brewery with good people having a good time over a great cold one!
They have a tour on Saturday at 3pm, and it's free, still the Groupon for "VIP" tour is a good deal if you want to drink and get a T-shirt etc. The staff is super friendly and the beer is great! There was a wide selection and all were good, except the "Evil Cream Soda (ale)" which was cloyingly sweet. They had good live music starting at 3:30. They have almost no food - bring your own unless you want to buy popcorn and peanuts.
Great place to imbibe, and even better, the staff was well aware of the Groupon, and what it allowed me to purchase (I can't stress enough how rare this is among breweries that I visit on Groupon specials).
Keep in mind, Audacity offers a Wednesday special (1/2 price on draft)...which means that you can get six 4 oz. pours for $5 (regular $10). They have a good collection of t-shirts, 6-packs, and beer glasses, too.
Loved this brewery tour! The brewery is small but Allison made it a fun experience. I got the Groupon for 4 people. We all have several beers and still have enough to take some home. More than 20 micro brew to choose from for all tastes! I can't wait for family or friends to come for the holidays to do it again! Makes a great gift.
Their craft beers are great, and their team is as well. Cool atmosphere, and we got to watch the canning process during the tour, which is rare.
Great beer, great people!
From Our Editors
It takes audacity to take on the big boys of Texas brewing. Luckily Audacity Brew House has it in spades. Owner Scott Lindsey, a University of North Texas grad and self-described "Denton guy," has taken bold steps to give residents a place where they can gather, whether they're looking for a brewery tour, a patio to play board games, or simply a spot to enjoy a craft beer. Inside the taproom, guests sample trademark brews such as the easy-drinking Sunset Vienna Lager, the uber-hoppy Nemesis IPA, and the deceptively potent Evil Cream Soda Spiced Ale. Seasonal specialties are also always on tap.
