Each day begins the same way for Boulevard Burger & Tap’s culinary team—by grinding all-natural, 100% Angus beef into the eatery’s signature hand-formed patties. Atop these meaty foundations, cooks add your choice of more than 15 toppings, including guacamole and sweet ‘n’ spicy bacon.
Boulevard doesn’t limit itself to one type of patty, though; its specialty burgers range from locally sourced lamb topped with spicy aioli to veggie patties crowned with sweet-and-spicy bok choy. Gluten-free buns can be subbed in at no extra charge, and several regular and premium sides, including hand-cut fries and Asian slaw, can accompany each burger.
Burgers aside, Boulevard’s cooks toss customizable salads and whip up snacks such as zucchini fries paired with sriracha-ranch sauce for dipping. Bartenders complement feasts with draft brews and virgin or adult milkshakes. These include the Nutella marshmallow, a blend of vanilla vodka, hazelnut liquor, and Nutella topped with marshmallows roasted over a campfire behind the bar.
