About this Business
From Our Editors
De Steeg Brewing is all about experimentation. From lagers to IPAs to stouts, De Steeg Brewing prides itself on not sticking to one set style of beer. Also important to the brewery is creating a comfortable environment where patrons can feel like they're at home. De Steeg Brewing gets the job done in this department with their polished, wood-topped bar and simple chalkboard boasting the brewery's ever-changing tap list.
Here's a quick look at some of De Steeg Brewing's unique beers:
- Het Huis: known as "The House" in Dutch, this American strong ale is both slightly malty and sweet, and includes a nice hop nose that lacks an overly bitter finish (8.9% ABV)
- French Saison: a slightly sweet Saison filled with Belgian esters that leaves a dry finish (9.0% ABV)
- Orange Chocolate Stout: this stout creates a rich blend of intense dark chocolate and an orange nose and finish for a dry and clean flavor (8.0% ABV)
