Go early enough to enjoy the food trucks!
Worst fair I have ever been to. No rides or food midways. Lack of categorizes on food, plant, and over all animals. I think I even saw a booth selling used shoes!
I cannot believe people paid to get into this event! (Plus $8 for parking!). A bunch of vendors hawking their merchandise, performers who expected to be tipped, a kids area where we paid $1 for our kids to RUN through an inflatable obstacle course for 15 seconds. Very, very overpriced and disappointing. Will never be returning.
Everything was under one roof. I expected it to be bigger, guess I am used to the other county fairs being much bigger. Was not impressed and probably won't go again.
Lots of cool and different displays...loved the peep dioramas, the cat show, Top hogs show and the Oscar Meyer wienermobile!!
We went yesterday. Everything was very expensive no rides 8 dollars to park. 12 dollars to get in. I will never go back. Low quality jewelry. The freak show cramped and crowded. Lots of sales ppl trying to sell you hair products and travel packages. Defiantly a flee market feel. That will be the last time.
Not all that fun, really hot and humid inside the building.
The Freak Show and Art Activities/Art Show were the best parts. We've gone to this venue for the last 4 years. It seemed that there were almost NO food vendor trucks; total bummer. We went last night (Friday). There were hardly any vendors with cool stuff. Alittle crazy to see someone getting an adjustment on their legs...but hey, it's the Denver County Fair! And that's why we still go. It's fun and laughable at the same time.
It was lacking in variety. Pretty blah this year 2015.
