From Our Editors
Alicia Harriott's yoga practice spans six years, from her days at the University of West Florida to the present. As the founder of Footprints Yoga, she relies on both her training and her intuition as she teaches her students and encourages them to live sustainable lifestyles. In working toward that goal, she has also developed a partnership with The GrowHaus, a hydrofarm dedicated to providing the city with local, organic food year round. Through that marriage of yoga and agriculture, her students will have the chance to volunteer at the farm and get their hands dirty growing food or just digging in the soil out of sheer impulse.
