Knee Deep in Dawgs took very loving care of my little Jack Russell, a rescue who had already dealt with abandonment issues, so when I picked him up, he was so happy and playing with the other dogs in the kennel...he was "wonderfully exhausted" from fun!
thank you, Knee Deep in Dawgs and I would definitely bring "Guinness" to you again. I am hopeful that in the near future, you will have perhaps a 2-3 day/week doggy day care special for customers!

When I picked my dog up from a 6 day stay there, he was 3lbs under weight and dehydrated. I will never go back to this place.
Staff was very friendly and personable but very disorganized in their communication with each other as well as with me. There was a mishap in which my dog's food was accidentally eaten by another dog and, despite communicating to me that Knee Deep in Dawgs would immediately replace it in order to keep my dog's diet consistent, they waited several days (feeding my dog I'm not sure what) and then phoned my emergency contact to have him bring in more food. Luckily my dog isn't on a restricted diet but this could've had serious health consequences for another dog. I do not have confidence in my dog's care again with this company.
Knee Deep in Dawgs is great. Our dog loves going there!
Knee Deep in Dawgs really put me at ease when I dropped my dog off at their facility. Piece of mind is very important to me when choosing a day care.
From Our Editors
At Knee Deep in Dawgs, canine companions get an antidote to the boredom and loneliness that sets in when owners are away. During the day, staffers let dogs roam through large indoor spaces filled with toys and at night, they curl up in cozy dog beds. To keep them looking their best, the facility's groomers bestow new, clean 'dos upon request.
Dogs can also learn proper etiquette—as well as a few new tricks—with help from the staff trainer. A professional with more than 30 years on the job, the former deputy sheriff and K-9 trainer for the Denver Police Department started his career by training military dogs. Not to leave any service unoffered, the well-rounded Knee Deep group also includes a photographer who creates memorable portraits of canines that can be framed or taken on a walk around the block.
