I had my first visit and was highly disappointed When I walked in there were three woman up front, all of whom worked there and none of whom greeted me I then approached the desk and told one of the woman that I had an appointment They had me fill out some paper work and asked if I would like something to drink (about the only nice thing they did) The lady who then did my treatment, walked me through the salon telling me about all the product they sell and services they provide Granted, they use Groupon to acquire new business, but frankly I didn't care and she could have saved me some time by engaging me in conversation about this stuff while she provided my treatment This was my 8th treatment and before every treatment, the salons cleaned the area to be treated, she did not Then during the treatment she asked how I had heard about Mad Peaches I told her Groupon She then asked if I had already bought the Voucher and I told her yes, not quite sure why she would even ask this Of course I would have before expecting service and I had already mentioned this when I booked my appointment Then when I went to pay she told the receptionist I had a Groupon I showed the receptionist my phone, she did a bunch of stuff on the computer at the advisement of the lady who treated me The lady then took her next client back and the receptionist asked if the Groupon was $156 I told her no it's listed at $157 She then told me my balance was $157 I told her no it wasn't, I had already bought my Groupon She then tried to argue with me that the lady who did my treatment told her that I had not bought it yet I responded by telling her "I just showed you the voucher" She kept quiet for a few moments and then asked if I would like to book my next appointment That was an event too, however, I will not be returning to use the remaining two sessions because this one was awful The pain was terrible on the drive home, nothing I had experienced in the past When I got home the gauze she had put over my tattoo was soaking in blood Today my foot is insanely swollen and the inside of my dress pants was covered in blood To say the least, I am highly dissatisfied with Mad Peaches
