Tuk Tuk Thai Grill tries to capture the speed and convenience of the three-wheeled Thai taxi service, the tuk-tuk, that it's named for. Its chefs quickly whip up Thai dishes full of nutritious ingredients and send them out to tables in the fast-casual eatery's trendy dining room.
One dish, the sesame chicken, was praised by another restaurant's chef in an interview in the Westword. When asked what his favorite Denver restaurant was, other than his own, India Castle's chef Jagdish Singh said Tuk Tuk. He added: "I've had sesame chicken at countless places, but their sesame sauce is so delicious that I usually have to sit for a second and appreciate the taste and the quality of the food before I engulf my meal."
To try to keep all their diners this happy, they use authentic recipes and make sure to serve large portions.
