Service and food very good, and enjoyable atmosphere at both Elmwood and Eastern Hills. Sorry to see them go. Have not been to Hamburg. Is it still there? Love the china, and tee shirt collection. All in all a really nice place.

Lunch was delicious!! Always enjoy their soup, especially during our winters. One thing that could be eliminated... garnish on the sandwich plate... really, the orange was a thin, thin quarter slice, why bother? The bite of Danish was interesting... and it was a bite .

Bad....Styrfoam :(, Good.... Great service by one young girl manning the counter by herself. Extremly pleasant and efficent. Home made soups ... we had western omelet soup, very good tasted just like a western omelet. We had been to Comfort zone on Elmwood back years ago and we have been to Hamburg Comfort zone previously.First time at Eastern Hills mall.

From Our Editors

Ever since Cindy Barrett opened Comfort Zone Cafe in 1997, she and her family have worked tirelessly to meet her vision of what a coffee house should be. From the fair-trade Arabica coffee to the free WiFi, everything is geared to make patrons feel welcome.

In the mornings, cooks prepare sandwiches and toast bagels for breakfast served all day. They then begin grilling paninis and simmering made-from-scratch soups as morning ages into afternoon. Guests can sip café drinks such as the Almond Joy latte or the Emerald Champagne–a medley of pineapple, celery, and fruit juice served over ice.
