My massage therapist, Alex, was very helpful and informative. He took the time to talk with me and get a feel for past injuries and problem areas due to stress, posture, etc. He targeted the areas I was having specific problems with, explained what he was doing and how the muscles interacted with each other. He also gave me some stretches to do at home to help with the problem areas. Wonderful service and a great massage!
