First things first: customers choose from 10 proteins (unusual options like chicken tenders and a falafel patty count) before they pick out their complementary buns, sauces, toppings, and sides. Here are a few options from the menu:
- Basement's local custom ground-beef patty, cooked to medium, on a brioche bun with spicy ketchup, lettuce, tomato, pickles, jalapeños, and sharp cheddar cheese. Fries on the side.
