The day's first task is always the same at The Original Gino's Pizza: slicing fresh veggies. They're some of more than 25 toppings that crown Gino's pies, which range from the 6-slice Baby to the 32-slice King. Each pizza begins with housemade dough, which cooks spin into traditional or garlic-flavoured crust before adding Canadian mozzarella. Gino's three different sauces coat pastas such as baked ravioli stuffed with ricotta, parmesan, and mozzarella. Pizzeria classics round out the menu, including poutine smothered in pulled pork and chicken wings served alongside housemade barbecue sauce.
