At Miami Wing Chun Kung Fu School, head instructor Dennys shares 30 years of martial arts experience with his students in classes that take a modern approach to fitness. Fitness courses build an exercise regiment around moves found in kung fu, boxing, and kickboxing, mixing in intervals of plyometric and isometric exercise. Dennys designs each workout not only to develop stronger, healthier bodies, but also to encourage students' confidence in their own abilities to grow over time. Also available are Wing Chun Kung Fu classes, where instructors use a unique method to teach the original system to students.
