I love this place! I've been going for over 3 months now and I can see a real improvement all over. If you enjoy Barre, Dance, Yoga, or just working out this is the place for you! If you're asking yourself should I sign up for one class or a month of unlimited. Go for unlimited! Trust me you won't regret it and you'll fall in love like me. I've been to a barre class before but these instructors are above the rest. Bravo... Soyoung, Kelsey, Laura, Kaitlyn, and April!

This was my first time going to a barre class, and I did not know what to expect. The studio was nice and clean, as was the equipment. I arrived early to fill out paperwork and told them it was my first class. One of the instructors took the time to give me a mini-lesson on movements and terminology, which I appreciated. The workout was intense! I loved and hated it at the same time... In a good way. I felt great afterward and because of the stretching incorporated into the workout, wasn't unbearably sore the next day!

At the end of a fruitful career that led her from the Cincinnati Ballet to the Sacramento Ballet, Jennifer Williams funneled her dance savvy into creating the barre-inspired exercise system taught at Pop Physique. Her team of handpicked and personally trained instructors pairs graceful ballet moves with other low-impact exercises in order to chisel cores without injuring muscles. Deep stretches further preserve tendons and leave each student more relaxed than a tortoise moseying past a state patrolman with a radar gun. Sessions run multiple times a day, seven days a week at an expanding network of locations. The roomy studios are lined with sprung dance floors and design accents that lend each location a distinct personality and a chance to forget its past as a storage room for defective food processors.
