Extremely unprofessional way of conducting business It would seem that they are short of staff - potentially a one person business - that is unable to or unwilling to handle even customer calls and emails The business owner / staff has absolutely no respect for customers even giving the impression that the salon is doing a favor just by accepting an appointment request I would not think about going to this salon even if there was a free Groupon available Highly NOT recommended

The location was a bit hard to find, but decent looking once I did. The reflexology was good, my only complaint is that the staff were not particularly friendly and I didn't feel entirely comfortable. The woman performing the reflexology kept me waiting 10 minutes while she chatted with a previous client, while I sat in the single chair by the door (there's no waiting room to speak of). When she did get to me she barely said a word to me. I got the distinct impression that Groupon clients and non-Groupon clients were treated drastically differently.
