Classes take place at Gwinnett Place Mall in Duluth and Sugarloaf Mills Mall.
Instructors lead 45-minute boot-camp classes in local parks and shopping malls. Though no two sessions are identical, most combine cardio activities such as running, cycling, and doing aerobics with performing modifiable strength-training moves such as weightlifting and resistance-band exercises. There are also fitness-focused games and obstacle courses. To foster strong cores and flexible limbs, instructors pepper routines with body-weight exercises.
