It would be great if the facility would have a shower option for those of us who work out before work or have additional plans after the work-outs. I am aware that it is not designed to be a standard gym but a shower option would definitely be an asset.

To help women achieve their fitness goals, the certified personal trainers at Get in Shape for Women focus on four areas: weight training, cardio training, nutrition, and accountability.
