3 Girls Gourmet was forged when the women behind 3 Girls Catering—two of them sisters, one a close friend—decided to open a brick-and-mortar café to further celebrate their love of fresh, healthy foods. To this end, the trio gathers organic, locally grown ingredients when possible, and fills a menu with gluten-free and vegan options, such as hummus platters and vegan lentil soup. Focaccia bread baked fresh daily wraps around Sammiches such as the salami-stuffed Italian Stallion, or sits next to plates of fresh salad. Throughout meals, diners can sip on fair-trade coffees, organic teas from Café Moto, and complimentary spa water infused with cucumbers and lemon.
