Just how much does Dr. Norman Chideckel know about veins? It's tough to quantify, but by any measure it's a sizable amount. The board-certified surgeon has devoted his professional life to the study, diagnosis, and treatment of varicose veins and venous disease. And when he's not in the treatment room, Dr. Chideckel participates in numerous curative societies and serves as the Assistant Clinical Professor of Surgery at Albert Einstein College of Medicine.
Of course, much of his time is still spent working one-on-one with patients at Norman Chideckel MD, Vascular Surgery & Vein Center. After close consultation with each patient, Dr. Chideckel develops a treatment plan consisting of minimally invasive procedures such as sclerotherapy, a process by which unsightly spider and reticular veins are diminished with an FDA-approved chemical solution.
