On the back of Burger 21 menus and scrawled across the restaurant's walls, you'll find lists of "B-isms." These range from "B-saucy" to "B-different," but only one is truly necessary for your visit: B-hungry. You'll have to consult a menu of 21 unique burgers, built from patties of certified ground beef, chicken, turkey, and even sushi-grade ahi tuna.
The Tex-Mex haystack is a particularly impressive creation, with a pile of onion strings and applewood-smoked bacon effectively burying the burger on a toasted brioche bun. There's also the chicken marsala burger, flavored with marsala wine sauce, and the spicy thai shrimp burger, which gets its kick from sriracha aioli and optional flame decals on the sides. Fries and hand-spun shakes round out these feasts, though burgers aren't the only entree available—the restaurant also serves hot dogs, chicken tenders, and salads.
