The s at the end of Body Revolutions is important. The facility isn't helping just one person get fit, nor is it helping multiple people reach just one goal. Recognizing that overall health is something of constant change, the facility equips its clients with the skills and know-how to overthrow sedentary lifestyles. Its focus stretches beyond functional training to include nutrition, education, and stress reduction. Private and small-group training sessions tackle goals 30 or 60 minutes at a time, and boot camps build core strength through high-intensity workouts. When a client reaches his or her goal, Body Revolutions doesn’t have security escort them out, but instead it serves up motivation to set and topple a new group of goals.
