From Our Editors
The chefs at Soul Ramen transform rice bowls and ramen dishes into a feast for the eyes. They start with savory broths such as smoky garlic or ox tail and bone marrow filled with a variety of regional noodles. Then, they create meticulous displays with fresh cuts of pork belly, bundles of sprouts, and pops of kizami ginger. The menu also includes other Japanese dishes, such as rice bowls topped with charcoal grilled eel and umami oil, and pan-fried gyoza dumplings. To wash it all down, the ramen shop slings drinks such as melon creamy soda and Japanese milk tea.
