About Farmhouse CrossFit
Addison Bain has a long list of fitness achievements. A UCI European cyclist for the Geox Fuji Test Team, he has also been certified in CrossFit, CrossFit Olympic Lifting, USA Cycling, ISAA Nutrition, and won first place with his Granite Games team. With this passion for wellness, he decided to dedicate his skills at Farmhouse CrossFit with the rest of the staff to challenge members and participants.
Crossfit classes are suitable for all ages, sizes, and physical abilities. This is because the classes are constantly changing and trainers share different modifications for each drill. The variabilities keep the body and muscles from getting into a stagnant routine. High-intensity intervals are paired with squatting and lifting. In one session, participants may do a circuit of squats, pull-ups, and push-ups, while in another they might incorporate activities such as heaving kettlebells, hanging from Olympic rings, or deadlifting barbells. No matter the workout's particulars, each session works to boost people's 10 fitness domains, including strength, endurance, agility, and flexibility, helping them lead a more overall healthy lifestyle.
